Project Overview - Salisbury Architectural design photoshoot
I was excited to be commissioned to photograph this lovely new house, for Salisbury Architects, Esdon Architecture. I have photographed many of their projects before and they are always really striking and finished to a very high standard. This house was no exception. Built on the site of an old bungalow, it is cleverly located within a narrow plot, and the house sits comfortably in its location. The striking white exterior and black door and window frames give it an elegant feel. Throughout the interior is finished beautifully.
I arrived to the house early in the day and caught the light on the front of the house, before moving inside to do the interior photography. I was at the location for a full day as there were many different areas of interest in the house from the stairs with elegant glass panes, to the double height spaces, the living room and master bedroom. There is an oriental theme throughout with many items from the owners travels.
I really enjoyed doing this architectural photo shoot and it is a brilliant example for the Architect’s portfolio.
