Luxury holiday home photography - Old Tythe Farm

Project Overview
I love this cool renovation of an old barn. The developers have created a tasteful and luxurious holiday home from an old dilapidated space. I was commissioned to photograph this building, for the developer’s publicity and marketing material for the property.
Set in a rural setting, this building was one of five barns renovated to a high standard. The final design made use of the large size and height of the old barn, resulting in an impressive living area. There are four bedrooms, a playroom and a large living area and kitchen space. For the interior photography I used natural light and a small amount of off camera lighting. I allowed the natural light that flooded into the living area to showcase it at its best. For exterior and architectural photography I used a variety of lenses, wide and then a 50 mm for detail shots. I was lucky as the day was sunny/ cloudy, which makes for perfect conditions for exterior photography.
This was a great example for the development company’s work an really helped them with the marketing of the properties.
